To order your custom Roman Shades, follow these steps: 1. Decide on an Inside or Outside Mount 2. Specify the Width: for Inside Mount, choose the exact window width; for Outside Mount, select the desired shade width 3. Specify the Height: for Inside Mount, choose the exact window height; for Outside Mount, select the desired shade height 4. Provide your exact window measurements to ensure the correct size 5. Complete any other custom options, then place your order

Each Roman Shade is made-to-order. We will cut and sew the fabric after receiving your order. To ensure a perfect fit, we will send an email to confirm the size details, and we request your confirmation within 24 hours so we can ship the shade as soon as possible.

For an Inside Mount, a minimum window depth of 2 inches is required. Measure the inside width and height of the window frame, and provide those as the ordering dimensions. We will make a slight deduction to ensure a proper fit.

For an Outside Mount, measure the width and height of the area you wish to cover. This will be your ordering dimensions, and we will not make any deductions. We suggest a shade size that is 3-10 inches larger than the window size for better coverage.
